How do I order?
Message Sarah on WhatsApp (or use the order form) with your event date, the treats, the quantity and your colors. You get a quote back and confirm from there.
Do you have fixed prices?
Every order is quoted for its design and quantity. Send your date, treats and quantity and Sarah replies with a quote.
How far in advance should I order?
Send your event date when you ask. Availability and the notice needed for your request are confirmed before you order.
Is there a minimum order?
Include the treats and quantity you have in mind; Sarah confirms any minimums with your quote.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Include your city in your request. Pickup or delivery options, timing and any fees are confirmed before you order.
Can you match my colors or theme?
Share your colors, theme or an inspiration photo; Sarah confirms which design details are possible.
Which flavors can I choose?
Ask which cake flavors are available for your date when you request a quote.
What if I have a food allergy?
Please mention any allergies in your request so ingredients and preparation can be reviewed before an order is accepted.
How do I pay?
Ask Sarah about payment and order confirmation when you discuss your quote.
Does sending a request confirm my order?
No. Availability, pricing, payment and confirmation are handled after Sarah reviews your request.
How should I store the treats?
Keep them cool and dry, out of the sun, and ask for storage tips for the specific treats in your order. Our guide: how to store cake pops.
