What we collect
When you send the order request form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address (optional), event date, the treats and quantity, your city and any notes. The same applies to messages you send on WhatsApp, by text or by phone.
How we use it
Only to reply to your request, prepare a quote and fulfil your order. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Where it is stored
Form requests are stored in the website’s private administration area and sent by email to Sarah. WhatsApp, Instagram and text messages are handled by those services under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
The website sets only the technical cookies needed to run it. If we add visitor analytics in the future, this page will be updated.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your request details at any time by messaging Sarah on WhatsApp or through the order page.
